Falling leaves
These small dishes are imprinted using tropical leaves specially chosen from our environment in Singapore. Each leaf is sculpted to bring falling leaves to mind, and the impressionable lines and textures are enhanced with colour pigments. These ‘leaf impressions’ are now used to serve bite-sized portions at omakase restaurant IL DEN in Singapore.
