The Weather Report
The zine documents a series of A3 collages made from cut-outs of The Straits Times, a popular newspaper in Singapore. Anyone who lives in Singapore would know that it is silly and useless to try and predict the weather, let alone to publish the weather report on the morning newspaper because they almost always get it wrong. Nevertheless, the newspaper publishes the weather report everyday and in Singapore people mostly only talk about the weather.
